Called and made an appointment for my wife, was very clear about a female massage therapist only. My wife was called in for a massage by a male therapist, but refused because she was uncomfortable with a strange man touching her nude body. This place totally disregarded our wishes even tho they told us we were scheduled with a female therapist. Wife did finally get a female therapist. The hassle didn't help the experience any. Obviously poor management.
Has a message and it was excellent! The feel of the spa is so relaxing. It's a must every time.
